Defense Supply Task in the Siege Event

I am only seeing worn out tools and masterwork tools when i craft the defense supplies from the workshop... anyone know if this was intended? I do not e ven see the forgehammer of gond... where restrictions made on this task in terms of tools that can be used? Does anyone know where it is stated in the event? I think it is a bug but I can be wrong...

    It's been that way since the professions changed. Whether or not it was intended, or a bug, not sure if anyone knows.

    i have reported it to support and they said that it is a bug and they want to know if this issue is happening with other players in the game... we need to report it so that it can get fixed

    I only see masterwork tools available to use.
