Bug Reports not being reported and emails sent to players email addresses

Since last monday (May 6, 2019) I have sent in 4 Bug reports that i have tickets for. The usual response is an email within 24 hours from Perfect World acknowledging my Bug Report and a second response addressing my problem with the reminder that if they are not contacted within 48 hours the problem will be declared "Solved". This is reasonable.

I'm still waiting for the First response on my first Bug Report and my First response to my 2nd, 3rd and 4th emails, one of which is to once again allow Enhancements, Runes and Enchants Ranks 6-14 ( and now the new Rank 15 Enhancements, Runes and Enchantments - except the Fifth Anniversary Rank 14 Enchantment) to be put into the Stronghold coffers for Guild Mark credit.

Right now, only ranks 2-5 are donateable, higher ranks are refused as "not possible." Fix the problem, you've had 5 maintenance cycles to do so.

    I don't believe that they even look at those... any time I'm had an issue it goes unresolved unless I report it in here. It's BS but what do you expect from Hamsters

    Didn't use to be that way. Bug reports were auto - replied within 24 hrs, reply with 48 hrs and then you had 48 hrs to reply or it was considered solved.

    The simple solution is to fire 3 VPs and use their salaries to hire a bunch of people to deal with Bug reports and get the poblems solved. The company is not smart enough to do this.

    The simple solution is to fire 3 VPs and use their salaries to hire a bunch of people to deal with Bug reports and get the poblems solved. The company is not smart enough to do this.

    In-game bug reports never get replies. If you used the website, you should have gotten something back.

    Reported a bug yesterday about the broke Empowered runestones trough ingame and website.. I got a response within a hour from Game masters

    Gonna have to say no to that. Reported bugs in-game before and gotten responses from customer service e-mailed to me. There are also times where I have reported a bug, and no response. It seems to be CS responds to bugs when They want to, no rhyme or reason.
