Can no longer get resonance stones from HE's

Since the patch I can no longer get resonance stones from HE's. Is this because I have a normal resonater and not an enhanced one? Frustrating. Tried on all toons, nothing. They all have normal resonators.
Varric the Cursed Dwarven cursed to be Tiefling CW
Original Serenity Mostly Retired DC
Tokarek Bearded Dwarven OP Tankadin

    Did you abandon the quest "Sphere of Influence"? You need to be on that quest to get drops. Maybe completing it might work too but I don't know about that.
