So what can I spend my Seals of the Mountain on?

As the header says, I have bought what I need and use with the new Seals and now I am capped at 1200. Is there anywhere else I can spend them except the Seals vendor in Yawning Portal? And why can't I buy the shirt and pants of the Spy's Guild?

I bugged the shirt and pants not being on the vendor when the collection clearly states they should be, I got a ticket number and the ticket was promptly cancelled no answer no nothing.
The pants and shirt are available for LOMM Currency so why not Spy version !!!5 -

Well you can get 1000 rings.... but yeah pretty much nothing because they did not even give the stupid 300 for 1k rad option (should sill be 100 for 1k anyway but yeah.... but forget seals just buy zen, that is the message they are sending.5
