Forced to teleport now how do I get back.

I am playing Undermountain and am stuck at trying to kill Arcturia. After an hour of endless looping, die, she finds me, die, she finds me etc.. I teleported out to the Enclave, Now I can't remember how to get back. Any help?

    hmm...drop the quest, go to the nearest signpost and head to Wyllowood and pick it up again ?
    Hoping for improvements...
