Berserker's Might bugged

My Chest item [Haunted Hides of the Hall] has the ability "Berserker's Might" which procs an on going power buff... But sometimes, it gets stuck and continuously procs forever, even after combat, infinitely. The result is that I am essentially stuck in combat. I can't mount, loot, use interactables... The only solution is to log out and back in.
It seems to be worse in Barovia. Almost every fight causes this. In Undermountain MEs, has only happened a couple of times.
