Missing relic

Our group ran ME's a couple of nights ago, got the same tileset three times in a row, and every time we ran it only two relics spawned. No clue the name of the tileset, I've named it Drows in Wonderland. But here is the video of the tileset, and of the missing relic

    I observed the same yesterday on the same map. Was running solo and couldn't find the third relic. I even went through the whole map again.

    the first relic is at the beginning behind the entrance portal

    Not the three times we ran it, there's was nothing around or behind the entrance portal
