The frame rate in the river district is less than 1fps. The same thing happens when I access the workshop by pressing the N key or by accessing the work table directly
@halfredo#5859@maruda#1373 If you are lagging in River District, disable your mission tracker. (Press ESC --> Rearrange Hud --> Click "Hide" on the Mission Tracker) This fixes the horrible lag. Also don't try to do Nostura weekly ritual. The stags are super slow.

With the mission tracker disabled river district is fine, but the workshop is still impossible to use.
@halfredo#5859 I havent found a permanent solution for the workshop lag. Usually it fixes temporarily if I click on another profession window (E.g. current window is Jewelcrafting and I click Leatherworking) It might be necessary to continue to click on another window of levels (E.g. from 11-20 to 41-50). However the lag returns if I click on any of the craftable products (e.g craft iron file).
Bump.. Me too Marauders in the stronghold, River District, crafting workshop UIs (crafting and management), and guild coffer UI, all cause a horrible FPS issue making doing any of these things very tough, impossible, or pointless.
If I switch to a different character I do not get this issue, it's only on my main. So... Between this FPS lag issue, my HEs being bugged so I can't claim any rewards, and countless other issues... I'm very close to just giving up on this game.
Having the same issue. Have submitted a support ticket and was told to post a bug report here, but there's already a thread. Video demonstration of this issue: https://imgur.com/a/dzbyrtW
And as some have said, it happens in the crafting menu and stronghold coffer too.
PC specs. Game runs smoothly otherwise and has only been an issue since mod 16 release day.
edit: to add, it happens on all my characters, main and alts.

I like Neverwinter, but all these bug and lag problems make it to the limit of the unplayable
