some things i found that are not working

primal arms do not give 1% power per stack, they dont do anything
Donjons cuisses states +4327 movement speed, no effect
Lostmauth's Vengeance set bonus does not activate now
(Wasted 500,000 AD to find this out)
edit: works fine, Dread weapon enchant was bugging it for me
Barbarians revelry insignia bonus no longer works

Knights defense insignia bonus deals 1 dmg to you every 15 seconds, in combat or not, that 1 dmg always has combat advantage on you, and always procs the heal
(stuck in debug mode?)
And for Devout Cleric the feat rythm of the heavens doesn't work at all. Tried for over 30 mins to proc it, in combat and out of combat....would not proc\broken
