Where is my VIP 12 level? now is 0 and it' s not a good thing.

    Perhaps you need to renew your VIP.

    Brand new to game (have only had it two days) and to forum, and cannot start my own thread yet -- so sneaking my question in here since it is similar to OP's...if I pay for VIP, gain a few levels, and then it lapses will I lose those levels when I reinstate the VIP payments?

    No. Nobody should ever lose a VIP level.

    You keep your VIP levels, and every time you sub they just increase. Whenever it expires, the benefits do not apply until you sub again. If you buy multiple months at a time (like a 3 or 6 month sub) you get all the levels for that in one shot.

    So if you sub for a month, you get VIP 1. When that expires, you are still VIP 1, but the benefits are inactive. If you then sub for a 3-month period, you become VIP4 with all the level 4 benefits for the next 3 months.

    If you buy VIP direct, you will get a rank for every "VIP month" you purchase direct.
    There is VIP that comes with a promotion bundle. That kind of VIP may or may not give you an extra level.

    For example,
    Adventurer's Head start bundle comes with "1 month of VIP" (I don't think this one gives you a rank).
    Delver's Expedition Pack comes with [100% off VIP (30 days)] with one rank
