Enchantment exchange bug(resolved)

Tried to exchange my R13 Feytouched enchant for a weapon enchantment pack. It took my Feytouched and did not give me the Enchantment exchange weapon pack. Very frustrating, I submitted a ticket with screenshot.

    It's not gone. It gives you a currency item. You have to go back to the same person to spend it on another tab.
