Old Seals

I still have old seals of the Protector but I can't seem to find anyone willing to trade me for them, is this new or am I just missing something?

    Protector were turned in to the Seal Vendor and converted to Seals of the Brave. This was when Ravenloft went live.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Yes, I know that. But last mod there was still an option to turn in old seals to the Adventurer seal vendor, but now it's not showing.
