Steel Knightly Sword cannot be used as a transmute

Ticket Reference # 190130-000527 Steel Knightly Sword (reg or +1) cannot be used as a transmute. Tried to use it as a transmute on both my pally and gf, cannot transmute on anybody. Tried with multiple types of weapons too. Those same weapons could transmute with each other but not with the steel knightly sword. Tried multiple combos with no success. Even reset the game and tried force varifing multiple times. Please fix
asap. thx.

Also, not sure if this has already been submitted as a problem but friends have told me other new profession skins/weapons are having problems as well. :)

    I didn't want to start a new thread and since my problem came up right after Mod16 I think the update is probably the reason. I got a new piece of level 940 gear from the seal vendor and wanted to change its appearance. For years now I've been using the same look for all my gear: parts from the old Drow and Alliance sets. As soon as I got new and better gear - used old item to transmute the new one, and so on. But now that doesn't work anymore. I just couldn't choose the old level 770 helm, which was transmuted to an Alliance Raid Helm. I had two other headpieces from the Chult and Barovia campaign in my inventory and they could be placed as transmutes. But they look like HAMSTER compared to the Alliance Helm.

    Is there a specific reason or is it a bug? I even bought an Alliance Raid helm from the Tarmalune Trade Bar Store and tried to use that but same result, still cannot be used as a transmute item. Just 2 days before the update I used a helm that sometimes drops in Castle Never and is purely meant to use as a free transmute. Now I try to use it again but it also can't be put into the transmute window.
