Maybe I'm just a bitter cynic, going off of Cryptic's past performances, but as a member of the legal profession, I feel obligated to point out two things.
1. They say "should" be much easier. Should is such a tricky word. Lots of wiggle room. 2. They go into absolutely *no* detail about how it is going to allegedly be "significantly less difficult."
The old saying holds true: Trust but verify. Or in this case, take with enough salt to fill up the Undermountain, and then verify multiple times.

actually, no..they didn't really listen.... today's patch is just abut fixing bugs and some "tweaks". They still seem to think the scaling is in "a good place".
Until and unless they actually fix things, for example so that your stats don't go down by 20% just because you level up, I consider the whole design broken.
It's still ilvl capping, they didn't listen, they just adjusted afew things and raised the cap in a few places. Just like I said, it's the best we could prolly hope for. Sad but true.
Problem is, last bosses need to be nerfed. Bank Heist mobs need to be nerfed. I am happy to get to meet new people, and talk with them but I'm not happy having to leave or abandon instance or queue because we can't do it and they have been failing way to much. I'm sorry Cyptic but this will not do. Whats the point in being level 80? When your stats are adjusted down or nerfed. To the point where you can't kill everything? I do not want to spend hours trying to beat a boss. I want to fight and kill the boss the first round.
