Every time you do 'maintenance the auction house is screwed for days..it usually takes multiple tries to get an item to list...sometimes up to 12 tries!!!!! This is NOT a random thing..it happens every time you do maintenance..on the x box one as well..its highly annoying.

    The work-around I use, that works most of the time, is to just move the affected item around in your inventory (switch bags, etc.)
    This seems to unlock the item so it can be sold normally.

    Auction house needs the complete remake of the search filtering. The new stats are missing (accuracy, awareness) the level is still maxed at 70. So it is impossible to search for the specific gear. It is a mess at the moment.

    I'm so glad I came back to this game after 5 years, and have spent a chunk of time here, only to see it essentially be something that could fall under various state's lemon laws at this point after an update. WOOHOO, Not-so-Perfect World.
