Mod 16 Update {PC} may have borked my keyboard

Ever since updating to Mod 16 today my USB keyboard does not remain turned on for more than 15 seconds at a time.

I have tried following windows 10 guidelines and ensured its not set to allow the computer to turn off for power savings but the issue persists. The only thing that changed on my computer today was the mod 16 update.

    i cant beat the stinking witch man in wyllowwood its crazy man ive used like 30 scrolls of life its too hard please do something about this.

    Check the campaign tree.
    Sometimes you must activate a step on the tree after completing a campaign quest to advance and activate the next quest giver.
