Enchantment Exchange Missing Items-Triple Stat Enchantment-Massive Bug

So I upgraded 6 Draconic Enchantments at Rank 8 to Rank 13, not a problem there at all... However a problem I had run into was exchanging my Draconic Triple stat enchantments Rank 13 to the chest to claim. It had popped up in the enchantment claim tab but however claiming it and it being "sent" into my inventory never happened. I looked everywhere figuring I forgot or missed something but they were nowhere to be found. So I had decided to once again upgraded another enchantment triple stat and exchange it. Same thing happened i went claimed the triple stat chest and instead of finding it in my inventory it was also gone. My friend also experinced the same thing with I think a single stat enchantment rank 14.

THIS is a massive bug and has cost me easily over a million AD and RP, and really hope to have it fixed. Id like to get my items back because it ended up costing me a lot... I spent a long time trying to grind for all of that. Huge disappointment . @terramak
