Tales of Old - no legendary chapter rewarded

I have collected about 160 coins till now (i did the count by adding the cost of the items for the artifact plus the remaining coins) and i didnt receive the legendary chapter.
(I know Devs are already working about it, keep the work up =D)

    so i been doing tales of old from very beginning of event but not getting paid for it. I was really hopping for a fix on the problem but all i got was a bunch of cookie cuter messages from submitting my ticket telling me they can't do anything for me. then finally you release work around with only 2 days to go in the event not leaving enough time to Finnish it and get my Chapter. I am mad as i know you have ability to fix this and have done it for certain player but instead you are taking a lazy approach to this and washing your hand of if. NOT OK! If i ran my business like this i would be homeless and out of work. I have lost multiple people in the alliance because they are to feed up with this injustices you inflict. I hope you end up handling your business but i am not holding my breath based on responses from game so far.

    Hello... I got my 145 coins of tales and didnt get my Fabled chapter... and im n ot the only one.. allot of ppl didnt get it..

    i collected more than 135 but no fabled chapter got it. i got artifact with all part but not fabled chapter. now new tales old event will start but no solition yet. how we will get our fabled of chapters. i sent ticket for this bug but i didnt get decent answer. please fix the problem that alot people has same problem even they dont sent ticket.

    If you look art all the bugs getting reported in both the PS4 and Xbox sections that the devs aren't even acknowledging it's clear they have abandoned us as even a "we are working on it" reply would at least let us know they give a damn.

    My guess is they will ignore all of us until MOD16 hits consoles and will give us some generic "sense everything is different now we are going to ignore all these bug reports until we can confirm they are happening now in MOD16."
