Ranger Melee bugged

I've been leveling a new ranger on preview and I've noticed that at L28, the melee attack powers are doing 0 damage

    same if you use own built weapons, the Mulhorand weapons work but nothing you create in the workshop works, melee wise. The boys work fine if you make them. WTF?

    my Barbarian is doing blacksmithing and tried creating my level 28 hunter iron axes and I had the same problem, they did zero damage.On looking further it is the same with crafted Rogues weapons too.
