Latest Update broke Friends List.

1) Logged in with multiple characters.
2) Opened Friends List on each one.
3) Friends List did not load.
4) Checked with others in Protector's Enclave zone chat, confirmed others having same issue I am.

Observed Result:
"You Have Not Befriended Anyone" message instead of List of Friends

Expected Result:
List of PSN Friends that play Neverwinter loads.

Yeah...fun trying to see who online when you don't have any friends, at least that is what NWO tell me. Maybe if I played less, a hint by NWO friends list, than I would have friends. Thanks for the hint, will definitely play NWO less so I can make new friends.
