I have the quest for it but have no idea what to do next

    This has to be private queued. You need a group to run it. When you select Private, you will have options to reduce everyone to the dungeon Item level and set the no-death item. Completing the chosen dungeon for the week with these settings turned on completes the K-Team dungeon.
