I am hoping the moderator can assist me here. I have multiple issues with support and need some assistance in getting a valid support ticket to them.
1. I CAN NOT get to support when I am logged into my account. I get a "too many redirects" error when attempting to go to the link. I have attempted on 4 different browsers, on 3 different Win10 PC, and 1 Linux PC, same issue.
2. Whenever I log into Arc or Neverwinter, I get the notice to submit the pin from my email. EVERY time, same PC, same browser, and still get the message.

While the above are not a huge deal for me since I seldom submit a ticket they are a major hindrance for the last issue...

Here is my major issue. I am not being awarded the 5 Greater Companion Experience Treatise (GCET) from the Acquired Treasure Lockbox.

In the attached image, you will see that it shows them being awarded to me when I open the lockbox, but the issuage does not appear in the system log, nor in my inventory, so I never get them.

This has happened now 11 times, so that is 55 GCET I am missing.

Since I can't file an "official" support ticket, I REALLY need some assistance here to keep from continuing to lose GCET into outer space.

PLEASE ASSIST IN GETTING THIS TO SUPPORT AND CORRECTING THIS FRUSTRATING ISSUE... or stop me from wasting a key to open a lockbox that does not award me the correct loot...

Those tokens show in the wealth tab of your inventory. It is the second from the top.

    2. If you have dynamic IP (aka reassigned after each modem restart), Arc will do just that - ask for code for login every time it detects a new IP. Also, to avoid having to reenter new code each time when opening Arc page, you have to check the "remember me" option in the login overlay window.
    3. Companion tokens are not items, they are currency type, they don't go into the inventory but into currency bag, right above astral diamonds. However, they should be getting listed with other lockbox loot, so either you didn't really get companion tokens but tramalune bars (another currency) as it is listed in the log - maybe they messed up the icon assignment - or you did but the log does not mention them.

Your correct, my bad. I was reading them as C\Greater Companion Experience Treatise, which is a different item which shows in inventory... Thanks for the tip...

Thanks, was misreading the item. Thought they were Great Companion Experience Treatise. Will check the IP thing...
