I have just got my Scourge Warlock to lvl 70, and seem to be dying a lot, ( on Chult). Is there any order I should do quests.? And what suggestions would anyone give to help with staying alive a bit longer. Thank you in advance.

Do the Ravenloft intro; get the Vistani gear.
Do the campaigns in the order listed in the tracker. Top is easier. Bottom harder. Start with Elemental Evil, Sharandar, Dread Ring, etc.
Get your boons.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
Also, a lot of those zones - Sharandar and the Icewind Dale maps come to mind - are less aggravating if you go to the least-populated instance. You get a lot of overpowered leeches with a sense of entitlement and an aversion to work in those areas, and they love nothing more than picking your prize while you're busy with the enemies. Although, often there are just too many people all going after the same thing. Either way, getting out of the top few instances can save you a lot of time. Oh, and always get whatever it is you wanted: relic, hound bait spot, captured elky, elf in a pod... before you run around picking up drops. Else you're just asking for freeloaders to swoop in.
One other thing would be to figure out exactly what you need to unlock the next campaign boon. If a task doesn't give you the resources you need - consider whether or not it's a waste of your time.
This. Also start the maze engine and underdark campaigns. The maze engine can be completed with 1 - 2 quests per day, & underdark unlocks Demogorgon which is the best rAD earner at the moment. In Dread Ring, Ice Wind Dale, and the Well of Dragons, always do your daily quest for the Demon Hunter NPC to earn materials to craft keys.

after doing what was recommended on previous comments get an air archon or tiger depending on your income, then get bonding runes + gear the companion, upgrade runes and enchantments(these will give huges stats boost), then artifacts and char enchantments, farm best in slot gear for your sw, in case you need more deep sw advise, try sw facebook page lots of knowledge on the class and lots helping people in there.

In some MMOs they made it so if you engaged a mob for a whatever prize it was yours (unless you lost the fight) and another player could not walk up and take it. I wish it was like that in sharandar. It's happened to me more than once. Yesterday a player blatantly ran up and took the clicky while I was fighting the mob guarding it. A short while late I saw the same guy fighting another mob so I took his prize. I normally wouldn't do that to someone but it ticked me off.

Been there. Done that. Got the red cap to prove it.

Yes, I've only been playing NW for 3-4 months, and I've noticed this. When you have quests that require gathering items that are being guarded by mobs, they wait around, let someone else engage the mobs, then take the item while you are fighting them.
I remember one time in WoW several years ago when I was gathering resources for crafting, and someone started to do that to me. I had a power that let me remove all threat temporarily, so I popped it and the mobs went after him before he could finish gathering. He wasn't expecting that, I think, and he ran away, almost dead. I laughed and took my "prize".
Sometimes it's the little things that are the most fun and satisfying.
