TR Impossible to Catch has had some changes recently in mod 15 where it was changed to make sure the encounter doesn't fail to activate.
This has caused and issue where when you use the encounter it animation cancels anything you are doing and roots you in that position for a second. It appears to me this isn't the way the encounter is supposed to be working so I have wrote this as possible Bug report.
