This is garbage:
Blood Soaked Blades (New): Moved from the Saboteur tree to this tree
Blood Soaked Blades: Damage dealt from this feat now correctly scales with power / buffs
Blood Soaked Blades: Damage lowered to 8/16/24/32/40% (down from 10/20/30/40/50%)
Blood Soaked Blades: Now triggers if a foe dies within 5 seconds of being damaged. (Up from 1.5 seconds)
Exposed Weakness: Moved to the Saboteur tree where Blood Soaked Blades previously was
Executioners already had 2 "on death" feats. Requiring people to kill something to get attack bonuses is trash. It shouldn't even be a conditional.
Taking a useful feat and then swapping it out for a nerfed feat from another path because you want to make the other path more viable shows an utter lack of ingenuity.
The 2 other "on death" feats could be avoided by using points in more useful feats, now there's 5 points that you have to take in them or take 5 points in another path which means this path punished Executioners for the sake of Saboteurs because Cryptics devs aren't that bright.
Don't steal from one build to give to another. Drop the crappy feat entirely or change its trigger.
It's not enhancing Execution to force them to kill something else for damage. It just doesn't work.

You know it's not D&D anymore when:
