Free preservation ward probably lower the chance for improvement. At 20-30% you need to use 10+, and at 5% I have already used 150+ and failed. So what if you can get them a lot on the event and you can not improve anything.

    I've added another 50 pieces and still nothing ... It's sad

    Nah, while it doesn't sound very convincing, just bad luck...

    Got the same problem on artifact refining. I wasted over 150 preservation without succed (with 5%). By the way, I don't think that this problem should be classified as bug. That's just bad luck

    About 1/2000 so very unlikely but not ridiculous.

    I think the problem is the free wards are almost a year old now and getting stale kinda like day old bread.
