There wasn't a "free item" today for the claim your free item event.

I'm surprised someone didn't make a thread already.

Also,I don't really care cause I don't come to the forums much but every time I login I have to submit a pin that was sent to my email while nothing has changed for years.

    There was no free item today. Last on the list was the Appearance Change token.

    Thanks for the reply.I'm just wondering why there isn't one today is all and making a thread in case there was a mistake like there has been recently with many other free items or gifts with some people not getting them..myself included.

    ... since that was the last time something was not posted 'on time'.

    The Calendar states:

    "CLAIM YOUR FREE ITEM!

    Dec 25, 10:30AM - Jan 2, 10:30AM
    in progress

    Login every day and get a free item from the Zen Market. "

    Looking at the calendar, today is not yet Jan 2. So, please explain why there is nothing provided today? There should be 5 more items including today's.

    What frozen forget to mention is that the in-game calendar is incorrect.

    While I do appreciate all the freebies we get, it was kind of a disappointing give away this year. In the past years, we would receive 12 slot bags, coalescent ward, among the other items. I guess some one felt less was better this year, as we got showered with gifts on the 5th anniversary. The anniversary presents were astounding compared to anything before and since then. In the event you missed that one, we got Xuna or Makos companions, tokens, wards, epic mounts, and much more. It felt like a going out of business sale. Maybe they gave out too much this year and chose to "rope it in" on the gifts. Maybe they plan to make more of the anniversary and less about the Winter Festival. I believe the calendar is set to last year's dates and someone forgot to update it.

    I'm actually kind of surprised that the devs seem to have ignored this. The calendar still gives the wrong info and that's definitely not the players fault. It's not an end of the world problem, but it is certainly going to turn off some people.

    It is not so surprising. It is the holiday season where they are and there are a lot of things to be done, real-life wise. I doubt most of the company has been into the office recently, beyond whats called a "skeleton crew" to keep the game up and running.

    They did not have time to fix it before the company closed for Winter Holiday. The devs won't be back in the office until sometime next week.
