K-Team Bugged Weapon/Armor Enchants

Testing a rumor tonight, I solo queued K-Team CN (min item level/hardcore mode)

Tested:
Unparalleled Barkshield
Transcendent Negation

Unparalleled Frost Enchantment
Unparalleled Prominence
Unparalleled Holy Avenger
Transcendent Bilethorn
Transcendent Lightning
Transcendent Plague fire


None of them appear to work via in game combat log or when examining combat log in ACT.

    UP Feytouched had the similar issues on my end: I couldn't proc the buff nor did I get the % of weapon damage procs that I would normally get.

    I am wondering if the devs screwed Vorpal and Dread as well...

    hopefully someone else can add to the list as well. I'm also curious if it applies to all, or perhaps lower level enchants were left alone (someone with lessers could test this)
