Weekly K-Team Dungeon fails to reward quest completion or IOU

I did the weekly K-Team dungeon in VT hardcore with minimum IL. Went back to Omin, he just awarded me the quest again but no completion, no IOU.

FIX THIS AND GIVE ME THE REWARD I EARNED.

Can you guys please get just one thing right about this mod?

    Have you been running VT hardcore with a full team of 5 members? Since it must be run in a private queue, it may happen that you run with less than 5 members. However, it seems you can finish the quest and hence get the rewards only if you run with a full team of 5 people. We ran VT hardcore with 4 people and the quest did not finish either. We started again with 5 people and it worked. (If you want to be very picky, in the description is a requirement that indeed says that 5 people are required.)

    We did VT HC with 3 ppl and finish it. Back to Omin, no completion, no reward. So we aborted the quest to start it new ( thought was a good idea..) but Omin doenst give us the quest again. We have to wait till next monday. Very clever...
    Only good thing:
    This new galant set is dumb as hell and useless for any class. Again: Very clever....

    It was 5 members. Some of us got the IOU, some didn't.

    Just to add to this, i have also experienced this, verified it was hardcore with minimum item level, full 5 person group. I got the achievement after Valindra went back to her jar, but the quest did not complete and i got no rewards. In an effort to try again and thinking my quest was bugged, i abandoned the quest to retake it, however Omin would not let me take the quest again until next week(because, you know, thats what happens when you beat a weekly quest). The only other person in the run that was still online after i thought to whisper my group mates also had the exact same thing happen as well.

    I thought this had happened to me as well. I completed VT Harcore with 5 people, in private with hardcore and min IL running. We beat her. It looked like everything was going smoothly. I went back to turn in the quest to Omin, but could not, only saying I could accept the quest again in a week. I scrolled down and found that the quest had auto-turned in upon completion without notifying me. I did get the IOU, but when I did the quest for kteam CN this week, I had to turn the quest in to get credit, no auto turn-in. My point is there IS something funky going on with this system and needs to be looked through.
