Free gift not showing up

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
There is no refinement pack in the Free section of Zen store for the daily free gift.

    Xbox one cant claim it. A bunch of other people have its just certain people cant

    ps4, no gift for me either, in any category, new, free, refinement. have i been a bad wizard this year?? i dont want to have to sue santa.

    If you are on the PS4 go to the "Home" screen then go to "upcoming events" You will see there that PS4 is not scheduled to get the free gifts until Dec-25 thru Jan-2"

    Ummm, my brother and I each have PS4 and live blocks apart, he's getting free Winter Festival stuff out of Zen Market, yet I can't (and don't see them).

    no i think thats incorrect. some ppl have gotten the gifts in our alliance, and another post says dec 20th start date.

    After the above I noticed the a free refinement pack in the refinement section. Just showed up in the last hour tho. I assume that is the free gift?
