No Control Bonus Statistics

Hi. I have recently added a boon to my character and it gives me control strength but i can't see it on my statistics sheet. Im not sure if im misunderstanding something or there is something wrong with my stats.

Steps:
Login
Go to character sheet
View stats
Go to control bonus

Control bonus is 0% it should view a percentage.

    I'd like to add to this. I have recently noticed that even though all of my toons belong to guilds, and none of them are receiving the XP bonuses from the guild boons or my VIP rank. This seems to have occurred after the most recent update.

    I have also put on a boon for action point gain and it shows the stats under recovery but not under action point gain.

    Have also added a boon before that give me action point gain but under the stat it can't be seen but there is action point gain under something else.
