Acquired Treasure Chest Already Gone on 5th?

It is not 6th yet but chest is gone.
Why?
I was semi-quiited for almost a month.
I wanted to claim it today but it is not showing anymore
It is 5th today

    Yeah, I got back from family visiting, thought "Hey I'd better log in and grab this chest"... "Oh wait look there IS no chest".

    Some people checked on the 4th, said it wasn't there at that point.
