Running a workshop quest will not progress

I can take items from the delivery box but it will not progress the mission.

    I have exactly the same issue with my main toon and he is unable to buy anything from tools to supplements to workshop upgrades simply because he is stuck on this tutorial quest.
    I can tell u how to recreate the glitch and obviously therefore, how to avoid it. When u are given the task to collect items from delivery box the very first time, go to your delivery box and DO NOT click on "Collect All"!!!
    Collect All glitches the quest and prevents progress (apparently not for every one).

    Instead double click on a single item and collect it. This is what my alt did and is now properly running a level 2 workshop and so on and has finished this glitched quest.

    unfortunately i clicked the collect all and now i cant progress the quest line would love to be able to abandon the quest and restart
