Is there a problem with the bug reporting system in Neverwinter?

I have submitted several bug reports regarding my main character Xuneska as they are stuck on the quest Running a workshop. They have reached the last part "take your item from the delivery box" but no matter how many times I take my items from the delivery box the task won't clear so my character can't progress. What's more when I try to check my the status of my tickets the system says that I don't have any, can some one please let me know what is going on.

    In-game bug reporting system is different than the out-of-game support tickets. They don't show up there, and you don't get a response from in-game tickets. It's always been this way. Try sending a ticket through the support site.

    @kreatyve unable to reach support, via the support.arcagames.com, or through support via the arc launcher. arcgames (This page isn’t working// ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS), and launcher displays simply returns a blank page. I have tried contacting support over the last few months, with that same error, on several browsers and several different computers with the same result, when will access to the support page be restored so we could submit bug reports?
