I keep seeing people casting something that makes a storm cloud appear to smite their enemies.....I can't figure out which class has this power and I want it!
Lucifer, the light-bringer. Leading man to ruin and away from salvation since at least 1986!

    Thought it was the control wizard but I'm lvl 70 and it doesn't seem to show a power that is what I've seen.

    Yep HR. But pretty rare tbh, and not sure how useful it is in pvp.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    That cloud makes me zoom in allways, died so many times due to bad weather :)
