Acorns for AI campaign not being rewarded

OK, so first off, thanks so much for making the Basement dungeon repeatable so we can get those extra acorns for maxing out our weekly limits. Now to my issue...

While completing the mission another 4 times did in fact max out the weekly limit of acorns (popping up the message saying my limit had been reached so no more were being awarded)...I never actually received the acorns...my total was still at 80, leaving me twenty short when the new week started. Now I can still probably get the total of hundred this week, we'll see, but regardless, it still puts me at a week behind, as I won't be able to make up those extra 20. Checked this on other characters, and the same thing happened. Whatever they were short, they were still short after maxing the campaign limit. For older characters, i'm not concerned, but for new ones that I bought character slots to make, it does pose an issue, as this campaign is the only way to get more of the Neverember reward tokens. Anyone else have this issue?

As far as I can tell, you will always have 80 in your pocket although you got your 100 for the week.

You had 80 before the week starts.
You earn 100 to reach the limit in the new week to get 180.
You spend 100 to move up the campaign.
    You have 80.

It will stay that way unless they increase the weekly cap.
You can check how much you have earned in the week and how far you are to the cap in the campaign window.

Thanks for writing out the breakdown, I was trying to figure out how to word it right. :) That is why I reported it here. I knew there was the thing of only getting 80 the first week, so I was prepared for that, but then before the start of the new week, today, we got the Basement Investigation set to be repeated multiple times a day, to allow us to get the extra we needed to reach the cap. Doing this, my first week did show I had hit the 100 acorns in the campaign progress bar, however, in the lower section, where it shows how many you have, as well as in my inventory, I only have 80...I had checked the system log as I finished the missions each time, and it wasn't showing the acorns being transferred. To sum up, the campaign was registering the acorns being acquired, but not actually delivering them. From what I understood, this is what making the quest repeatable was to fix, which I suppose means it is in fact still broken. Does that make sense? I have a tendency to be a bit wordy sometimes and can confuse myself. lol. Mainly just wanting to clarify that it is in fact still an active bug/broken part of the campaign that needs addressing. thanks for letting me ramble a bit.

Let me try again. When did you start this campaign? Is it the very first week of mod 15?

    I assume you were,

the first week, you got 90 and you spend 10 for "Job Faire". In the end of the first week, you have 80. You could not hit the cap 100 in the first week (unless you did something unusual such as RQ and hit the right Q).

the 2nd week, you did all the quest before the icepeak quest. Then, you spend 100 for "Retrieval operation".
Before last Thursday, you had 80 (from 1st week) + 80 (from 2nd week) - 100 = 60. Your cap showed you were 80/100 at that moment.
After Thursday, you were allowed to get more for doing basement. You did 4 basement quest to get another 20.
You reached the cap 100 with the acorn balance of 60 + 20 = 80.

So, if you started AI in the first week of mod 15, complete "Job Faire" and "Retrieval Operation" in your campaign, your acorn balance should be 80 before you do anything for this week.

Anyway, the bug (of not allowing reaching 100 cap in week 1) does not make any difference of the outcome.
There is a flaw in the campaign progress design. It needs 110 to reach and complete "Retrieval operation".
Even if it allows you to do 100 in week 1 cap, you will just stuck 90 instead of 80. You still cannot progress pass that. You still stuck.

I started 2 new characters after the week 2 patch. They both now have 90 before doing anything in this week.

There is no flaw in what your saying, my apologies if sounded like was saying so, and yes, I understand what your saying. All of that makes perfect sense if you started week 1. I didn't, I started last week, which I guess was week 2 (I can't remember the start date, sorry), I started the week the fix with the repeatable mission was put in. Regardless, if it's just a goof with the number needed for progression simply being higher than whats allowed, that makes sense.

All of that said, it still doesn't explain why when doing the quest and filling the progress bar from 80 to 100, the total number of acorns I had did not change while the progress bar did. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. I don't worry too much about it, going to play regardless and I know the devs have bigger things to deal with, I just wanted it mentioned that this happened to me. Thank you for all your input and taking the time to break things apart like that, it is much appreciated.

If you started in week 2 and after the fix was put in, you should have 90. In that case, yes, you are somehow missing 10.
I have 2 characters started in week 2 (last week) and after the fix was put in. Both had 90.
