[Error] Retraining failed

In every case (ability score, feat, powers, boons), whenever I try to retrain, there is only an option to select the "free retrain," and when I click on it, it says "[Error] Retraining failed"

This is, to say the least, annoying the hell out of me.

    I had this issue. What fixed it for me was spending all points I had left for powers, boons etc on all loadouts. It seems like if there if there is any points remaining it will error out. Hope this helps

    I tried logging out. Rebooting. Changing characters back and forth. Nothing worked. Then I changed zones on a whim, and it worked. So, issue solved.

    I spent a respec token and it fixed it, just a fyi
