    I got the solution. Pls vote my comment for Support. The way is simple. Start Arc Laucher, then Neverwinter and wait. Its because 8GB Patch on ARC. Maybe there is some issues with player, who conect via Cryptic Launcher. I did it. And it worked. Just wait, because Server are still red. But its about a Problem at the Cryptic Launcher. Maybe the Update isnt up there. I hope i could help you and hf in the Game. You need this Arc Patch. So start Arc first and choose Games-Neverwinter. Wait at the launcher and enjoy
