Order Button on Artisan Counter non useable

1. Log into my char Auron_HR
2. Followed workshop quest line up to Facilities Upgrade : earn south sea trading company credit (13500/500000)
3. i can still only build with morale. the order now buttons gives me a red tool tip saying you must advance the tutorial to use.

i have thought of abandoning the quest and trying again but i'm afraid that will bug it worse.
i did not skip any tasks and was never in another persons workshop accidentally (only know of that bug from reading patch notes)
the order button on the dispatch board works fine.

    I have the same problem, but a GM advanced the delivery box quest that was bugged. I think in doing so, I never got to do the tutorial part of the box which from what I've been told activates the order button on the artisan's counter. They tried running a command which should have activated the "tutorial" boxes on the delivery box, but it didn't work. Not sure if it's because my workshop is now level 2, or what it is. Still waiting to hear more from them about possible solutions/fixes. At least I can craft items with morale, but would still like to place orders also.

    I have also had this issue since Launch. I created a Ticket and they said they couldn't do anything about it and to post in forums about the bug. Then 'solved' the Ticket.

    EDIT:

    Support Tickets should only be made for things that need a Game Master (Perfect World Entertainment) whereas Bug Reports should be things that the Developers (Cryptic Studios) need to be made aware of. Bug Reports go to Cryptic, Support Tickets go to PWE.

    If you file a Bug Report as a Support Ticket, you'll be wasting your time and PWE's time as they will just tell you to make a bug report. If you're filing a Support Ticket as a Bug Report, then you'll be wasting your time and Cryptic's time and you won't get a response, making you think they're ignoring you when in reality, you're just reporting things to the wrong people.


    seems that is the way of things.

    what command @schugeldson#7809 was that you tried? I believe my issue relates to having a bugged delivery box that seemingly autoresolved itself.

    It was a command the GM ran on my character.
