I only get applications from alchemists

in Bug Reports (PC)
I picked alchemy to start with although I am max level in some other professions. When I picked alchemy it also said I could change this later but I haven't found out how to change the applications. How can I create anything in the professions I already have if all the applications are always from Alchemists?

    Looks like a reddit mod is already on this. There is a thread started there that is getting much more attention than these forums.
