additional item level

My DC got around 400 more item level when I logged in today. Nice as it took me over 15K for the first time. But this also means easier for new players to get into RAQ and REQ :( Any ideas where the item level might have come from?

    Same happened to me - and I want to know where it has come from - can someone clever work this out please? :0

    As far as i have deducted sofar, you now get 1 Item Level for each of your 124 power points and also 1 Item level for each of your feat points.

    Masterwork weapons and rings also had an item level boost

    Ah....power points and feat points - that explains it. I had 4 masterwork items (weapons, neck and belt), and I knew their IL would go up and expected an IL increase of 200-something... but got an increase of almost 500.
    Hoping for improvements...

    So 64 from feats, 124 from pp, and 120 from MW3 weapons. That's 308. About 90 unaccounted for.

    My rings each got an upgrade from 510 to 560 I think if that helps :) so thats 100iL
