Unable to complete Retrieval Operation

At the start of the Retrieval Operation to get the egg, there is no cinematic/feather fall scene. I started out at the campfire. I completed the quest and hopped back onto the skyship. There was a cinematic for that. However, I cannot turn in the quest. Also, the quest title appears on my GUI but it lists the description of the quest to getting Sgt. Knox his gift (A Box for Knox).

    I misstated the quest tracker, the quest has no description, not that it shows the description of A Box for Knox.

    I abandoned the quest and acquired it again. This time when I boarded the ship, the dialogue choice was different. The 1st time I tried it, it was for the re-retrieve quest. The second time, it was the normal quest and I got the cinematic and was able to complete it.

    this is exactly what happened to me.. by the time i could complete it I am stuck at 80/100 campaign progression
