Where do you get the quests "Dragon Attack", "Opening the Way", and "The Clockwork Tomb"?

    From different NPCs, I believe Harper Windle and the Tristopher Chettlebell guy, in Neverdeath Graveyard. Make sure you have completed the certain prerequisite quests and are the level in which these quests unlock.

    If you're overlevel, also go into your campaign window (press ]), click "Display Options" at the bottom of the list, and change the setting that hides quests when you're overlevel.
