The Mystagogue Is Not With The RCA

Today's patch notes (09/06/2018) says that the Mystagogue has been returned to the Reward Claims Agent to those who had previously unlocked him.
However, when I go to the RCA, the mystagogue is not listed among the claimable companions. I see the Quickling, the Storm Rider, and the Renegade Illusionist, but not the Mystagogue.
And, yes, I had the Mystagogue unlocked. Five of my older characters already have him from having claimed him from the RCA before he was removed in the first place. A removal whose reasons--in spite of my attempts to Google an answer--was never fully explained to me.
