Where to buy runestones for companion

I bought runstones for one companion in Enclave, but I cannot remember where nor find it. I apologize if this has already been answered but I do not have the time nor the patience to go through 32,000+ discussions.

    And where is Sage's Shop and how do I find it? Can I mark it on map?

    Should already be marked on your map as a point of interest. Read the column on the right.

    The auction house. The only ones you can purchase from vendors are low level and hilariously overpriced — don’t do that.

    From the Sage's shop is extremely cheap, since you buy with gold.

    Auction House which is the cheapest. The in game vendor is Wondrous Bazaar but you really don't want to buy it from there.

    They've taken enchants and runestones out of the drop tables totally. The only enchants I get are from feyblessings and campaign stuff. They need to add runestones to adventurer seals vendor. You can also get from the tarmalune trade bar vendor rank 7s.

    VIP Scroll's are bound to each Character they play; but the ones they pickup they can then sell.
