Many users in chat have stated the On Demand Patching turned off is not working. I can confirm this is true, I even looked at my Windows registry and it has it set as off. I tried several things to get it to shut down and the feature continues to patch while playing. This is not game breaking for me, but some users like to patch once at launch and use the extra bandwidth for playing the game.
