Agro for no reason in sharandar

Random areas and random characters are always unable to click on things because of agro. When it happens to me I have notice a purple area around where I am at. It takes a while to click on something or get on mount. You have to time it just right.

It is almost the same purple area that you see when doing the stronghold quest that you have to get pixie dust. Not sure if it is related or not. I have done that quest on all my characters.

It is making it hard to do the quests in sharandar when it takes so long and something’s when you finally manage to click on something the enemies reappear then you have to start over again.

Any word on a fix or work around for this.

    What boots are you wearing and if you adventure with a partner, what boots are they wearing?

    some companions also draw a lot of aggro

    Earthtreaders and primal. Happens on multiple toons. I have even taken boots off and still happens. It will happen if I am still n a group and alone. It’s just getting annoying. I had read about boots causing it so when I experienced that it was the first thing I did was remove boots and it still happens

    It’s not a companion issue because no enemies are even remotely close to where I am at when it happens.

    Earthtreaders, full stop. They have been documented to cause this behavior since m13 launch on PC. Dump them ASAP. Take them off, find another pair of shoes and run your dailies. Don't wait until the problem starts. Note that the boots bug other people not just the wearer and removing them after you are bugged doesnt unbug you.

    Ok ty I will look into getting different ones on my toons that have them
