how i can boost my buffs [help]

sorry about my english

now i'm talking about buff in stats like power and crit
here in this picture

we can see my power total 20k
16k from items
3k from buffs
always i see other players have buffs more than items like total 60 k with 21 k items and 38k buffs
now how i can boost my buffs just from potions or what

    What IL gear are you using, first of all. 20K power is really low if you have anywhere close to recent armor pieces. Other sources of power include Artifacts, Enchants, Assassin's Covenant insignia bonus, Pet Active bonus... there are a lot of things but please post your Class, Level, Gear and such before any real advice can be given.

    i'm still work on it and farm ad for more enchantments , refine and artifact
    but i'm ask about buffs for more experience

    Ok, you are only partially geared. Two of your artifacts are the fake Vistani ones, the other two are rare quality. You have a long way to go before you need to worry about Power stat. Get your Critical Strike and (depending on what content you are running) your Armor Penetration higher before you worry about how much power you have. People running around unbuffed with 60k power are probably DCs and OPs, and they build entirely for that so they can share the power with their team.

    yes i'm trying from long time to focus on armor penetration and crit but how much crit and armor % without buff i need here in my stats crit chance 25.2% http://prntscr.com/kers4r

    i mean maximum %

    Generally, 45% defenses ignored will get you through all of the earlier level 73 areas, including Well of Dragons, Sea of Moving Ice, Icewind Pass/Dwarven Valley and River District. For Chult, you need 70% and for Barovia you need 90, IIRC. This is for the overworld maps, not group content.
