I don't have any quests for The Cloack Ascendancy campaign

Well I have 3 (Defeating Gyrion, Kabal, Nostura) on my Quest Journal but I cannot complete them because I dont have enough 'Evidence of Evil"; I have just 53. So no quests at all and no "Evidences of Evil" to go on. Very weird if you ask me.
What to do now?

    Gather more Evidence.

    As I said I dont have any quest at all to gather more evidence of evil. And I need 307 (!) to finish those 3 quests because I only have 53.
    So how am I suppose to get 307 EoE without any quests?

    It seems you may be mixing/confusing terms to me. You need to EoE for campaign tasks. You need to get the quests to earn EE. It's difficult to give a simple answer without knowing exactly which quests and campaign tasks you have completed.

    The quests to reward EoE come from the NPCs (Daily and weekly) in the courtyard and you can earn a little additional just by doing the various tasks in RD. Talk to Kavatos Stormeye for the weekly, if you have progressed far enough for it, and Ostaram Copperwise each day for the daily. Doing some of the campaign tasks will unlock the weekly.

    If neither has quests for you, you may have missed something in the storyline portion or opening introduction quests that needs to be completed. If that is the case, talk to all the NPCs in the Villa and courtyards and to Lordnever in PE to try to find the missing piece. You can also use the wiki to find a list of River District quests and try to figure out where your quest chain broke.

    Thank you for your clear answer. It seems that NPC Ostaram has now 2 quests for me. I hope that after finishing those quests I get some more (but I doubt it :'( ).

    Not until tomorrow. You can't grind out an entire campaign in a day. Usually takes months.

    I see. I did today one quest (the other one is 'Mercantile Missions" which I got now 33%) and a couple of others I found around. That's it. And all I got was 3 (!) Evidence of Evil. Lol, at this rate it will take years.

    You get 25 EoE a day for running the quest with the percentage.

    Can you elaborate that? I don't understand it. I cannot finish the quest 'Mercantile Missions' that gives 25 EoE due to lack of quests. Maybe over a couple of days I'll finish it, considering that today I did 33%. So how can I get 25 EoE a day? is there another way to do it without questing?

    In order to complete that quest, you have to engage in the activities it lists.

    Completing a Heroic Encounter is 20 %
    Completing a Dig Site/Vault is 20%
    Donating Reclaimed Resources to guard posts grants 3 to 5% depending on what you purchase.
    You also get a small amount for killing mobs. It has been some time and I don't remember the exact number.

    Try to complete 3 digs and/or heroic encounters and make up the remainder killing mobs or donating to guard posts.

    Thx pitshade, I didnt know you could get that high percentage for those tasks and I thought they had to be done by quests.

    Fastest way is jump on the sHE train.

    In one or more instances there is usually a group running the small heroic encounters in a loop. It is a fast way to complete most of the daily (You still need to do the dungeon, crypt or other quest you selected) as you can easily do all 3 in under 10 mins with a good group running the loop. Run 2 loops of the 3 HEs and complete the other quest and daily is done.

    Small Heroic Encounter "train".
    There are 3 small HE in the map. People were farming those Small HE one by one (either clock wise or anti clock wise). If it is done right, finish one, run to next one and the next one will be ready, finish it, go to next one, the next one will be ready, finish it, ..... Every HE can be done within minutes if there are enough fire power.
    People were doing that to farm seal and/or complete quest.
    However, since the seal reward of those small HE was reduced from 50 to 10, I don't know if the 'train' is still popular over there.
