When trying to do "assist the emerald enclave", instead of arriving in Rothé Valley, i was taken on the introductory quest of "storm king's thunder".
After completion of this quest i was ported to Bryn Shander.
Since then i can go to Rothé Valley, but am unable to complete "assist the emerald enclave" - more specific, NPC Thar Greenbough in Rothé Valley does not give me "marching orders".
AFAIK i did all the prequisites, including the last one, "missing mithral".
In addition to this, my daily dragon quests are bugged since i was in Rothé:
"Common cause" is not completable because one of the subquests cannot be obtained: "Ghost stories" in Neverdeath (also one in Ebon Downs yesterday, "remnants of the past").
Some internet research let me to abandoning "common cause" which i did yesterday and retook today, but this made no difference at all.
Any ideas / suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

To troubleshoot this, I would recommend following the chain again. Talking to Harper Boward, then Delrin Bass, then Thar Greenbough. One of them should have appropriate dialogue. If not, you may have to contact support.
Ultimately the goal here is to allow you to complete the campaign task (necessary to finish the module) and also to unlock the dailies in Rothe Valley since you can do them on your own to get more currency.
Common Cause is not part of all of this. That gives you currency for the boons and in the process, sigils and secrets. It is possible to complete the campaign without doing it.
The fact that i can't complete it due to a missing quest might be connected to my problem,
that's why i mentioned it.
But that might have autocorrected itself, "ghost stories" just popped up to be taken a few minutes ago.
I'll check it out later today... thank you for your posting!
Guess i'll wait for the next daily quest reset to check on all relevant NPCs again.
if you receive the ToD quest from PE and do not complete/obtain the subsequent quest on the same day in where the original quest send you to, you can be in trouble because the subsequent quest is changed everyday.
i.e. PE ToD tells you to do quest A, you need to go to the next guy to get quest A and complete it on the same day.
If you wait for a day, when you go to the next guy, the guy will only deal with quest B. Hence, you cannot get quest A.
However, these quests are recycled, you need to go back to the next guy to get quest A on the day he gives quest A to finish your quest.
I guess in my case it got out of sync when the level 70 quest was mixed into it (f.e. "ghost story").
That would also explain why it autocorrected itself today.
So - back to the main problem, "Tyranny of Dragon" unlocking.
frogwalloper,
"Well of Dragons" is definitely involved.
My toon is a fresh level 70 who went into WoD and grabbed all daily quests.
What kind of wrench are you talking about, should i abandon those quests?
Thank you in advance!
You know how the Tyranny campaign locks down once Boward sends you to speak with Elminster? I thought maybe it could be that.
Sounds like you've got a whole spaghetti bowl of things going on. I hope you're able to sort it out!
Guess it is time to call Support now about this spaghetti bowl of wrenches...
Thank you everybody for trying to clean up this mess, i'll update this thread should i learn anything from Support that might help others with similar problems.
One, answer from support. In short, i might have done some quests in the wrong order which made progress in the Campaign impossible. Even shorter, they told me bad luck, deal with it. Nice.
Second, i sorted it out by completing all 3 objectives in the bottom line of the Campaign window
(required: 3/3 in assist Harpers, Gauntlet, Lords Alliance).
So there must be a hidden trigger looking for the completion of those tasks, and when it's done "Free Passage" becomes available.
Looks good so far, but i'll be crossing my thumbs and playing with my feet for the next days just to be sure...
Simple way its to search people who have quest active and go inside in party you will be able to do that quest
